The past is ever flowing, untouchable but always there. As is the history of one fallen Deity. Mistral spent most of his life curating the storms that covered the Earth, taking pride in the shifting patterns, as well as the stunning colours that flashed through the sky. People feared him and yet they also prayed for him to come. It was a powerful feeling that stroked his ego.
But over time, other minor deities became jealous, fearing that perhaps he was the Elder God's favourite. They formed a plan that forced Mistral to relinquish most of his powers, and hide out on Earth amongst the very people whose love and fear he'd been cultivating. But without the majority of his powers, Mistral couldn't command anything, forcing him instead to seek out employment as another form of cover.
About the same time, Mistral found himself in a strange little teahouse, who's owners were also equally strange, but also incredibly delightful and charming~
