Trish is often outwardly stoic. Through years of practice, she's come as close to mastering the art of bottling her emotions as one could. Many would describe her as calm and level headed. Those who pierce that veil find a woman of compassion. One that selflessly helps others, regardless of the consequences of herself. Particularly her friends, their friends, and the occasional stranger.

Despite her quiet and distant nature, Trish is the very observant type. A constant curiosity drives her to find out things about the world and people around her. This curiosity extends from all things, whether mundane or magical. At times, her obsession can consume her. In this, she's been known to spend hours and days pouring over particular subjects just to find what she's looking for. Very rarely does she admit defeat in that regard.

Whether intentional or not, she often shoulders the responsibility of many things, blaming herself for shortcomings of her own or group efforts. Often times she is restless, silently losing sleep over these matters. Rather than waste time unable to sleep, she'll spend it being productive with travel or research.

Even those close to her still have trouble understanding just how she thinks and how her mind works. Most still can't help but feel that there might be something more.

Patricia stands at 5'7, average height for most women her age. Her light brown hair is often worn tied back by a dark green ribbon. Her typical attire consists of a green coat or cloak, dependent upon weather, accompanied by light leather armor and hunting gear. Patchwork pants adorn her legs, with tough dark leather hunting boots on her feet.

Her normal equipment consists of a protective leather vest. Leather gloves. An arm protector. A recurve bow, and a quiver of assorted arrows. A sturdy hunting dagger. A dagger with golden inlays. A dagger with a silver edge. As well as a dagger hidden in her boot, and a spare dagger at her back. She is for all intents and purposes, a walking knife show. Additionally, she caries a variety of different color potion vials on a leather strap across her chest. Finally, her prized possession. A thirty inch silver sword whose pommel sports a white ribbon tied to it.

The Vagabond. A person who roams from place to place, without a home to belong to. Some, the dregs of society, cast out by their peers. Some, simply souls who choose to be alone. Prefer the solitude of the world, and the freedom of adventure. And some, living in their own self exile from their world, remorseful for their actions.

Patricia Chauncey, or simply "Vagabond" to most, is one of two surviving children of the small, adventurous Chauncey family. Trish was raised on the roads by both her mother and father where she was taught a great deal of things. Archery. Hunting. Tracking. All things she excelled in. Her family was caring and kind to all who met them, and Patricia wished to treat the world in kind.

At the age of fourteen, that family fell apart when her father, Cyril, was struck down. The attackers claimed he and his wife traitors to the crown, and marked them for death. As for Patricia, she escaped with her brother whom she took it upon herself to care for over the course of the next seven years. Life was difficult for the two of them, their mixed heritage easily noted by many in their homeland. They survived.

But as fate would have it, whispers began to reach the huntress. Word of where to find the man who struck down her father. Antione Gaspard. On that day, she abandoned her brother to seek a revenge seven years cold. A revenge she regrets exacting to this day.

Presently, the Vagabond employs herself through means of slaying beasts and monsters. Her path is arduous and meandering, leading her far from the lands that carry a bounty on her head. In her mind, she sees herself as no better than the creatures she slays.

The deady efficiency of her craft has garnered her some small reputation in many areas. Many who have scene her at work have described her as a spectre of death. Many are fearful of the prowess of her blade, and the potions she utilizes to further enahnce her combat potential.

This character takes inspiration from several medias! Heavy influence comes from the Witcher series.

Potential Storylines:

♠ Trish acts as a bounty hunter who specializes in slaying beasts. She also has a tendancy to take up contracts that include escorting folks from town to town, offering her skills for protection.

♠ Romance has never really crossed her mind as something she has time for, or even a passing interest in. But the right person might change that. (Hard mode storyline.)

♠ Trish's less than fortunate circumstances growing up has led for an interesting history that she often shields from others, but will occasionally embrace.

This author is not in roleplay for purposes of smut. Sorry.

This author is male. That might be a dealbreaker for some people.

I might answer a PM, but I'm just as likely to ignore it. Generally speaking, if I'm interested in RP, I'll approach you.

Don't be offended if I don't answer. I don't owe you an explanation for the lack of an answer either.

A few disclaimers:
Please know how to read and write. I'm not perfect, and I don't expect you to be. But please.

I will not tolerate auto-hits, or control of my character in any fashion without consent OOC consent.

Please be able to distinguish out of character from in character. Just because my character doesn't like yours doesn't mean I don't like you as a person.

Don't pressure me into something I don't care to do. You will find yourself ignored or on a block list.

Romantic roleplay is not my priority. But if a storyline somehow leads down that route, then it is not out of the question.

Last but not least, let's have fun. Roleplay is meant to be an escape.
