A Technopath is what little Nicky here calls herself, but she's not actually sure of what she is entirely.

She can control and manipulate electronics and all with her mind yes, but she can also manipulate the actual electicity that powers the machine. Or whatever it is that she is taking or giving the power to. Her body can naturally conduct electricity as well, not enough for her to be able to blast people ten, thirty, ninty feet away, but just enough to jolt the hell out of anyone that is an immediate threat and would try to touch her.

Overall, Nicky isn't all that threatening but that doesn't mean that she's entirely harmless either.

Just don't catch her in a bad mood in the middle of a thunderstorm.. You'd be in for quite the shock.
