Probability Manipulation: Domino is a mutant with the ability to subliminally and psionically initiate random telekinetic acts that affect probability in her favor by making improbable (but not impossible) things to occur within her line of sight, thus causing her to have "good luck" and her opponents to have "bad luck." This phenomenon can be anything from an enemy's equipment failure to hitting just the right switch with a stray shot to shut down an overloading nuclear reactor. The full extent of her powers is still unknown. This unconsciously controlled talent is triggered when she is in a stressful situation (such as fighting or escaping). This effect constantly emanates from her body at all times and is completely subconscious. However, it is also largely participatory - in order for the luck to take effect, Domino herself must engage in an action whose chance she can affect. She cannot consciously control her ability, Domino can only activate it by putting herself in a position in which she could be harmed.

Superb marksman with various firearms, highly skilled athlete, excellent swimmer, adept in use of explosives. Extensive training in various armed combat techniques and the martial arts. She also seems to be fluent in multiple languages.
Neena was created by the government to be the Perfect Weapon. She was one of many test subjects, yet the only one to survive. Unfortunately, her luck power was deemed a failure and useless to their needs. She was to be exterminated, however, her biological mother saved her and left her in that classic way on the doorstep of a church.
Father Rudolpho Boschelli raised her like a daughter and The Church of the Sacred Heart was her home for quite a while. Unfortunately, her powers and odd appearance caused her to be ridiculed by the other children and when she was of age, she walked from the Church... on... last... time..
She began to use her powers to her advantage and became a top-notch mercenary with the tagline "I never miss..." Upon one of her missions to protect Milo Thurman who was a scrawny, nerdy, threat due to his analytical ability, too dangerous to be allowed to roam free. ... Neena, now Domino, fell in love for the first and last time in her life. Milo was a fan of the book Dante's Inferno and named his bride Beatrice which only he was allowed to call her.
They were a odd set of bookends as she was the rough and tumble type. the kind of girl who enjoyed beer and video games, where Milo loved books and science. But, opposites attract.
Unfortunately, Milo was killed right before her and her heart shattered into a million pieces. It also closed off and she thought she could never love again. Not like how she loved Milo.
