History

The specifics of the events leading up to the birth of this child had always been rather shrouded in mystery, the mother a Celestial Dragon and her father a Giant. While the consummation wasn't exactly like most, it was more of an experiment than anything else. The one thing no one had taken into account, was the size the child would grow, before long she was just too large for the human. Her birth would kill the poor woman, nearly at that moment, the life of the child was chosen before their first breath. The Giant was the only one that truly knew the child's name that was lost with the death of her mother, living a good portion of her life without a name... The child was born into slavery, despite having Celestial Dragon lineage, tortured beyond what any child should. For years she suffered at the hands of the Celestial Dragons, forced to complete each task or risk torture for days. Being only a child and tortured bad enough already, it was near impossible for her to complete any task until she was at least six years old. It was sometime after her sixth year after her birth, never experiencing what a birthday was, that she was finally released from slavery. The child was caught in some war, hardly even able to remember it, only remembering the Pink Haired Pirates saving her life. It was the doctor of their ship that had taken true pitty on the girl after seeing her scars and slave marking, taking her in as her own...

The crew didn't stay together for long, but it was this very crew that had finally given the child her name, the crew settling on Loki. The life she had lived up until this point had shown, without hesitation nor needed to be asked, the girl would swiftly complete tasks around the ship. The little time she was able to spend with the crew, she was able to quickly learn she didn't have to serve others anymore. This new life wouldn't last long, the crew disbanding just before Loki would leave with her new mother, the former doctor of the crew. Excited, the girl would arrive to meet her brother she had only heard about until this day, quickly realizing that he'd not even met the woman before. But this was also where trouble would begin, seeing just how close to Thor's age, Loki was, their father would introduce the two... She was thrown into a dangerous new world, with no real survival abilities, not even knowing how to cook for herself. But that wasn't to say she didn't know how to fight, in the short time on the crew she was given good training on how to defend herself. The fierce beasts were a bit of a challenge, but she could beat them but did not last in the endurance factor... She would begin to fade, hungry and thirsty, it was her new brother that had saved her life by killing the beast that was attacking her. Following him into the night, she would come to realize that he'd only saved her because he was hungry and not even realizing she was there. When the two would come to realize their mother had brought her back, asking all he could about the woman while she would learn about their father. The two were to be trained as Marines, but from the Fleet Admiral himself, Sakazuki. While Loki was adopted, her brother was his true son and honestly felt like he was on a whole level ahead of her.

Soon enough, Thor had become the only friendly presence in her life as their mother was absent for the most part, unable to even see them while their father... Well, he would begin to show a bit of interest in her, taking the old fruit of his fallen former ally and train her with this. Given his painful memories of the fruit, he was a prime choice to train the girl how best to use her fruit and that she did. With her added Giant's strength, the girl would soon turn into a powerful force, strong enough that she had finally come to a level she could fight with Thor. After that, it soon was decided that the two would begin training with the Fleet Admiral personally, from there their training only got worse. It was like the man was coming up with an excuse to abuse the two, by the end of the day their bodies in pain and even burned thanks to his Devil Fruit's power... Truly the man had no care for their lives, they were soon to be instruments to the Marine's, desiring only that they were to become Marines and nothing else. But as fate would have it, the only one that stopped the man from killing his two failure Marines in the making... Would die of a sudden sickness, sending their father into a blind rage, the two would get one last training session with the man to prove they were worth keeping. The two would lose, unable to stand up to the man at such a young age, even together the two were beaten. Thor was the first to go of the two, sold off to be dealt with by someone else in the world while Loki was brought back to the Celestial Dragons. Before he could even take her back she would strike, finally showing that Ice was truly better than Fire... The awakening of her Haki allowed her to cut the man's head off before he could react,  in the presence of the Celestial Dragons the woman's crimes would be seen. In a last-ditch effort to stop her, an essential Buster Call was called upon the woman, the ship she was on was gone along with her. A known Devil Fruit user would simply call it after believing she had simply drowned, instead, she had landed with a small chunk of the ship... Drifting at sea for days.

The teen would wash up on some shore dazed and confused, everything that she grew up knowing... Gone, no memories of what happened, not even a memory of her childhood. The locals could only tell her a few things, knowing there was a fight near Mary Geoise and she bore the mark of a slave, she was lucky to even be alive. These were the things she was told for some while, not many she'd come across that could help her. It wasn't until she had come across a Doctor of some Pirate ship, the person almost seemed to recognize some of her lineages as part Giant. Curious, the teen would follow the person, taking in all that she could, even catching onto his role quite naturally. Once again, she found herself apart of another crew, acting as an apprentice under the Doctor, the thought of it seemed to be enough to motivate the young woman. A crew would once again name the teen, settling on the name, Serrure Noel is what the teen would call herself from that day forward. Sadly, the usual would finally catch up with the teen, as if being hunted by the Celestial Dragons themselves the crew was targeted as well... Their attackers came without any warning, slaughtering some of the crew before they even had the chance to fight back. Serrure was only one of the few to survive the fight, guilt-stricken she would leave without even a word, training for the day the fight would return.
