History

When Byrne was born, all he knew was fighting. His parents were gladiators in a illegal gambling ring and he was taught how to fight from a very early age. By the time he was ten he had killed a man twice his size in the arena, this kept going on and he had a good deal. The more fights he won, and people he killed, the more luxuries he had. Soon by the age of fifteen he was living well in the arenas.... until he was purchased by a new owner. Two celestial dragons who seemed amused by his skills. The next three years of his life were absolute hell. Soon his back was branded with the mark of the sadists and he was put into a fighting ring. The rules were different however, Any lost fight meant punishment to the loser. On his first fight, the teen lost, his punishment. The loss of his left arm at the elbow. Soon it would get replaced with a crude prosthetic and he would make sure he never lost a single battle. To his credit, he didn't. One night however, he was set outside during the freezing cold of winter to train with some other slaves. When all of a sudden, the guards were killed and his collar unlocked. Byrne wanted revenge, Making his way into the house, he found a brand new prosthetic arm that suited him much more than the crude one he had. He killed the celestial dragons who tormented him before escaping The holy land. With a new identity and goal on his mind, he went into the bounty hunting business. Killing pirates to make ends meat and making ease of it. He held no gruge for them, he just needed the money....

Personality / Abilities

Byrne is a cold and callous man, one who takes no time upon worrying the opinions of others. He is simply there to keep the task at hand going. Whether he is liked by anyone or not is nonimportant. He does show great respect for those he considers to be allies or equals, especially on the battle field. He is quiet for the most part and only speaks up when he deems it nessicary. However, in case of someone challenging his captain that Byrne deems weaker, he will fight instead, for why waste energy when he can take care of the problem with ease. 

Powers

Byrne fights in a fashion of hand to hand combat that seems sporatic in it's nature, but is actually calculated and calm to a fellow martial artists. Among this, he possesses immense physical strength and durability, able to stop a giant's punch with no effort and take the damage from a bolt of lightning with ease. 

Byrne is also capable of swiping the air to change the air pressure, creating flying slash attacks one would make with a sword with only his bare hands. He is able to close large distances at blinding speeds, able to completely disappear before reappearing for an attack. 

On his left arm is a prosthetic gauntlet that attatches just at the elbow. It is made from a mix of seastone and steel parts,  weighing around thirty kilograms. It is his main weapon and can be fired from the wrist using a steel cable for long range attacks. Each finger is pointed and sharpen to such an extent that it can cut through solid steel. It is very durable and is very quick in it's attacks. 

He also excels at the use of Bosushoku haki, Gaining the ablity to use it without a medium. And is adept in the use of Kenbunshoku haki, Having the ability to predect the nature of an attack towards himself, but not so much after that.
