Beginings

Life for a young god might seem easy, but for Artemis it was made rather hectic with Hera after her mother. But eventually Arty's mother, Leto, found safety long enough to release Artemis and Apollo(Artemis's twin brother). Being a God Artemis and Apollo grew up faster than one could imagine; Arty still remembers helping their mother give birth to Apollo. While there was little time for Arty to mature while growing, it was enough time to learn how annoying Hera could be, and the curses she placed on Arty's mother.

What really makes Artemis standout from the rest of the Gods, was the empowerment Arty received from their father, Zeus. After a particular nasty beating from Hera, Artemis crawled into Zeus's lap for comfort. As comfort, Zeus granted Arty several requests, which culminated in Artemis becoming the God of the Hunt; and eventually the god of virginity. The requests might seem like a curse, but the empowerment by Zeus has never left Arty without a fulfulling life; even if there are have been a few hardships with followers since.
