Beatrice Everleigh- Picking her out of the few recruits to train under, she became a quick favorite of the admiral. With her hard working personality and skill in the marines, Beatrice was given a promotion to be Carla's right hand in the navy. Besides the chats they have aren't that bad as well, she is normally The go to for missions Carla doesn't want to take on herself

Devil fruit:

The Pika Pika no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into light at will, turning the user into a Light Human (光人間 Hikari Ningen?).[2] It enables the user to move at the speed of light and transport him/herself by means of reflection.

Like with all other users of Logia Devil Fruits, the user of this fruit is able to control, create, and transform into an element. In this case, The Useris able to control, create, and transform into the element of light. As such, The user is able to utilize light-based attacks. Such attacks include shooting laser beams from Their hands, fingers, or feet (which are capable of causing massive explosions) to partial transformations that enable physical attacks that connect at light-speed, which can cause devastating damage.  

 The users reflexes are so quick that he can transform into light to completely bypass almost any attack, even a gunshot from meters away. He is able to avoid normal attacks by transforming into light, causing the attack to bypass straight through his body, like most Logia users can.

Like most other people and super powers in the world, She is trained in the forms of Bosushoku and Kenbunshoku as it was required to reach her rank,

History

Like her little Brother, Carla was born on the desert island of Alabasta. Born to a Marine Fleet admiral and pirate that fell in a secret love. A few years right before the Civil war in her home country happened. And she remembered every detail of it... the countless people slaughtered as the streets ran red with blood. The Marines that were stationed on the island doing nothing to stop it before a ragtag group of rhapscallions went and did the Marine's job for them. This infuriated the young girl, and when she returned home she pestered her Motherr to let her be a marine for days before he agreed and recruited her into a nearby marine base. From there she rose Rank after Rank until reaching the position she was in now. Now she spends her days doing inspections on bases and capturing wanted criminals that cause minor disturbences, all while juggling boring paperwork. 

Personality

Similar to her younger brother in many ways as she is carefree and easy going when it comes to life. But is the more responsible one of the family as she takes her Job as a Marine Admiral seriously, however, she will do anything for her family. Whether by giving them keys to their handcuffs when they weren't looking or by not reporting them to her superiors when she crosses path with them on the open seas. However, even if you prove to her that you are a kind soul and even forget to mention you're a pirate she would let it slide by as you would have convinced her that you weren't as bad as you seemed.
