A Horror Story

History

The being known as Dio Div Sepid was sewn into the history books by The One who Rules Above All. The entity that sits at the top of the Deity Totem Pole in regards to ranks. You see, Demons and Angelic beings alike all fall under one rule and in this rule, they both fall under a ranking system. You may not like to think so but Heaven and Hell are a lot closer than you think they are. In all reality, they converse together quite often. It was a common ground that was reached many eons ago. You see, Light cannot exist without Dark. The One who Rules Above All realized this and formulated this ranking system. This was all fine and dandy but after a while things started to fall apart.

The Deities that sat at the top of this ranking system were the ones directly in charge of commissioning the might travel from the world of the living to the world of Limbo. Limbo was the place where all souls were sent to have judgment cast upon them. Whether they were transcended into the heavens or damned to the pits of hell. (Refer to The Divine Comedy to understand the levels of hell.) One fateful century ago, one of those mighty Deities lost their place in the order and went against their brothers and sisters. Many fell to this high ranking Deity that The One who Rules Above All appointed at the top. The realization that he needed someone to govern those who did the governing set in. From the ashes of the fallen and the remains of those yet to be conceived, Dio Div Sepid was manifested. Forged by the hands of The One who Rules Above All, the mighty being came together in such horrid conditions. Angelic Divinity being molded together with Demonic Presence. The clashing realms caused a new realm to be formed. A realm that Dio claimed as the Psychoverse. In this land, he would stand above all and no one would challenge him. No one dared. In this land, he ruled all and all bowed before him. Having a direct link to tap into this unlimited supply of Psychokinetic Energy set him at the top of The One who Rules Above All's ranks. He was nicknamed The Judge. It was his job to cast Judgement on those who dared challenge their roles in the Deity Ranks. He is Dio Div Sepid and he has the Final Authority.
