Born as Wilhelm Otto, Noiz is from a wealthy family in Germany. He has an older brother, Theo. As a child, Noiz was impatient and unintentionally violent, though this was attributed to his lack of the sense of feeling.
Due to his affliction, he could never play with other kids because he didn't know what pain felt like to others, shrugging off any injuries he got, and being confused when other children reacted to their own injuries. When Noiz's parents found out how he was acting around others, he was seen as an embarrassment, which led him to being locked up and isolated from everyone else. However, he was given all the care he needed within the room that he was given by his parents. For years, he lived alone in his own little house, with a bedroom and a connected bathroom, daily meals, and a housekeeper were all provided, but no one ever aided him whenever he was sad and lonely. It was shown that in the beginning of his isolation, he would cry and get himself hurt due to his panic and fear. However, he eventually got used to being alone, and ended up with the thought that he wasn't the same as other humans, and that whether he lived or died didn't matter since he was different.
Noiz is a hacker and gathers information for other gangs as to when Raves, fights, Rhyme fights and other things are going on in the city. He is always for hire to the highest bidder.
He has CIPA (Congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (CIPA), also known as hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy type IV (HSAN IV), is characterized by insensitivity to pain, anhidrosis (the inability to sweat), and The ability to sense all pain (including visceral pain) is absent, resulting in repeated injuries including: oral self-mutilation (biting of tongue, lips, and buccal mucosa); biting of fingertips; bruising, scarring, and infection of the skin; multiple bone fractures (many of which fail to heal properly); and recurrent joint dislocations resulting in joint deformity. ( Noiz' Allmate has been the only reason he hasn't had other compliations) Anhidrosis predisposes to recurrent febrile episodes that are often the initial manifestation of CIPA. Hypothermia in cold environments also occurs. Noiz has full feeling in his mouth but that is the only area where he a normal sense of touch.
Noiz' cannon version of of this disease allows for him to feel heat,cold and pai only in his mouth. The rest of his body can sense touch, but it is as he is experiencing it through a thick wet suit. Socially he is a little off and seems to say and do as he pleases. He can come off as an ass or emotionally stunted which he is. When he touches others, Noiz has no sense of the force he is using. To him he may simply be holding your hand, but in fact he could be crushing it. In a fight he never holds back and has broken his own bones while hitting others. He tries to understand others emotion pain, but has a difficult time with any social queues.
Kinks- Due to having CIPA, his sexualiy is pretty casual. He is open to doing what ever he wants. He likes it rough in order to feel much of anything(despite not liking to be touched). He is the kind of bloke that will just engage when he wants something. He is very straight forward and will give direction. He can top or bottom. He doesn't really care. The only place he has full feeling is his tongue.
Likes- Rabbits but he would never admit it. He loves art all forms of it, He loves food. It is the one thing he can enjoy like a normal humn being. History, Synthpop, Gothic industrial and good intelligent conversation
Dislikes- As causal as he can be about others personal space, he does not like to be touched. Mice and rats freak him out. He was terrifed of the Rat king tales as a child.
Piercings are a trade mark of his- He has them over his whole body-
The Genitals are Frenum's, Lorems, Dydoes and a Prince Albert.
His navel, hips and nipples are also pierced.
Usagimodoki Noiz' AllMate
Noiz has multiple allmate cubes, all of which are connected, Usagimodoki takes on two forms in Rhyme. There is one 'lead' rabbit, which is visualised as a rabbit that wears an outfit similar to Noiz's. It doesn't participate in the action, and instead, announces its attacks and defense initiations as well as how much damage is lost to both itself and its opponent. The rest of the Usagimodoki are also rabbits, though they don't have the outfit, and instead are equiped with red boxing gloves. They are used primarily to carry out offensive and defensive maneouvres that the lead rabbit calls out.
Usagimodoki does not show much personality outside of constantly exclaiming its actions when given orders. It's does get startled easy if it is seen.
In Rhyme, it's shown to be a fantastic initiator of giving out attacks and also carrying them out. Usagimodoki is very confident in its own abilities but will become very startled and shocked when it is overcome in battles.
In his human form He looks Identical to Noiz. He has no piercings but his body is covered in tattoos. He is more playful that Noiz and seems to be eager to please.

like a cellphone It can recieve calls and emails, as well as make them and send them. Noiz' looks like one of his green studded bracelets and his one his left wrist.
-ALLMATE-
AllMates are artificially made beings equipped with artificial intelligence. They are generally used as a support for a network tool. Each one has their own personality so they can dislike some other AllMates. AllMates are able to search the internet and virtual space for information. They are also used to shop online. There are a variety of models, and can be operated by speech, so many users have them as adorable pets. AllMates can also be used as a fighting partner in the computer game
RHYME-
Rhyme is an immensely popular computer game among young adults. Anyone can participate if they own an AllMate When competing anyone can use their mind to alter the visual battlefield. In the virtual field, one can enjoy the taste of things they could never have experienced otherwise.
