A figure sits in a dark corner. A shadow within the shadows. For a moment there is a flare of light as the match is scratched to life, burning between finger tips as the male leans forward and draws in a deep breath from his cancer stick. Glowing red engulfs his features as the ember lights up the once dark space. “So, you found me.” He waves out the match and tosses it without a care. “Congratulations.” He grins, a flash of pearly whites that are both charming and unnerving. “Many have found me, but what will you do with me? A game? A chase? A bargain, perhaps?” He blows out the smoke and it rings around his head like a tainted halo. “I can make your dreams come true. The price…? Well, let’s discuss that later. It’s a tiny token really. You won’t even miss it.” He ashes on the table and leans back into the shadows for a brief moment before leaning forward once more. “Tell me, what is it that you truly desire? What is your wish? And I… well… I can grant it.” He pulls out parchment that smells of sulfur and pushes it across the table in your direction.  “All you have to do is sign on the dotted line.”
There is nothing on the paper, just a dotted line. There is no pen, just a dagger.

The cigarette burns in the ashtray and the man that had been sitting there is now gone.
