To recruit Nou one must have a stat check of Charisma 6 and Tactics 7, equal or above in both stats.

She is generally easier to find in the afternoon and evening than she is during dawn.

If an individual has troubles with the Shogunate the possibility for meeting her stat check becomes easier, dropping to a Charisma 4/Tactics 5.

If a character has high Ranged Combat stat it may also make recruitment much easier. Nou is Lawful Evil.

Is native to the province of Kochi.

▪ COMPRESS: A single shot from any fire arm on Nou's person has a chance to impact with twice the force and twice the damage if the enemy's Ranged Combat is lower than her own. For every 2 points below her Ranged Combat rank the output increases by another two times the damage. Equaling or going over her Ranged Combat stat allows the shots to take normal damage.

▪ PARACOSM: Using the wind element to push a target backwards, Nou can then follow the attack with a clutch of her fist to close a swell of Void around the enemy and with a tightening of her grip, crush them inside the spatial location before dumping them back out. A stat check for Element must be considered before hand, and if it matches or goes past her own, the gust of wind will not push the enemy into the follow up attack.

▪ GALACTIC RANGE: Tossing an orb of darkness into the air way, Nou disrupts the concentrated sphere to open a bubble in time. Going inside the void, she is invisible for 5 posts, and sitting on the edge of reality. From her vantage point she can take shots at the enemy undetected and has a chance of inflicting a curse that causes the victim to take three times as much damage on the next subseqeuent shot in the same location. If she is able to land five shots on the smae body part within five posts, that enemy explodes like a grenade and spews the curse effect at level 1 back on each target for 3 posts. Subsequent successful kills lower the amount of times she can perform the skill. The skill also has an Element check in which the individual must absolutely be equal with Nou, and a Perception check to sense the shots coming from the void. If successful, no further shots from Galactic Range will cause the curse effect.

▪ WAR ROOM Nou projects a prism of void power over the entire field for a complete 500ft and within that prism will fall numerous guns of different calibers. Rifles, pistols, blunderbuss, hunting rifles, each of these tools will be accessible and in her reach at whim. Using the Wind Element along side this deadly prison, she can pull weapons from long distances, or blast shots that throw the enemy around taking massive damage. For 7 posts this skill remains active, and can be withstood with a Perception Check and Element Check. When passed, the enemy may fend themselves in the prism, but shots from every gun lose their advantage of the Wind Element.
