Biography

Torvald Harringson was raised near Trondheim by his parents and his extensive extended family. His family had a long history of public and military service and as a result had many friends in politics, the military, and the noble families of Norway. Torvald began training for the Norwegian Search and Rescue Service by learning the basics and practicing long Treks and identification of problem areas as well as becoming an auxiliary for both the forestry service and rescue services.

Torvald's passion for service however led him into a problem when he saw "poachers" in the process of hunting a protected herd of Reindeer. Torvald called for some of his family ( certified Rangers and Military) to immediately come to the area as backup, while Torvald stopped the poachers with threats and a pointed bow and arrow. The poachers turned out to be the Prime Minister and several wealthy patrons who were promised an easy and excellent game hunting session. Torvald did right by his family code and the law, however behind the scenes it was agreed by his family to move him out of the public eye while the family worked to remove the prime minster to allow Torvald a return home.
