"Even the best of intentions never end the way they are planned."

The product of a union between the Queen of the Fairies and a particularly heinous "Immortal" when Aeryn was born a deep seeded fear struck into the cores of the inhabitants of the island of Avalon, and her Mother had been astoundingly terrified by the infant with black eyes. Titania although beautiful and generous also held dark and lethal attributes that had bonded with the iniquity of Koschei the Deathless genes and had been enhanced with the newborn babe and so it was written from the day of her birth that her Mother had willingly terminated her parental privileges to her First Daughter by relinquishing accordance to Koschei.

Tainted by the blood that coursed through her veins, under her Father's influence that corruption was intensified, brought to heights that brought even him to edge on being exterminated by his own child. To solve this equation, Koschei parted with a jeweled Faberge egg that sealed his decaying soul within to embed it into his daughter's stomach by forcibly slicing open her abdomen and "stuffing" her with the weight of the egg after rousing her from her sleep and grapping her into submission. Enchanting Aeryn and cursing her into the form of a bird, a Mallard duck, she was sentenced to be swallowed by a hare that was then engulfed by a fox which was then detained in an Iron chest to prevent Aeryn from ever arising from her prison. That chest was then carried to a distant and desolate island where a lone tree was thriving and beneath the trunk of that tree it was buried to be ensnared in the forever-expanding roots rupturing in the Earth.

The agony and the suffering continued for ages, seconds passed away into minutes that jumped to hours that ran to days that skipped into weeks that blurred into months that smeared into years. Where decades and centuries collided she was never unsure, crammed and contorted into a tight and cramped sweltering enclosure. It was not until Ivan Tsarevitch valiantly, yet ignorantly excavated the sacred treasure of Koschei the Deathless that she fled, flapping her wings to her best ability. Her efforts had been futile and she had been captured by the man after he had incapacitated her by lodging an arrow into one of her wings. Ivan and been informed by Baba Yaga that although the venison and the vulpine were true animals the bird was a bedeviled human.

Luring her by promises of a future of sanctuary and luxury, Aeryn had capitulated to Ivan, unbending at the thoughts of being ministered to and possibly treasured as she had been yearning for her entire life. It was when those promises were unveiled for the lies that they truly were that the bitterness that had raged in her heart solidified her resolve and any shred of propriety that remained was crushed with the further blackening of her heart and soul.

Aeryn is a resentful Faye, ruined by the essence down to her DNA. Rather crass and derisive, she exudes little condolence for any being whether magical or not. With an astute mind she usually misleads other into webs of duplicity and condemnation with dishonest words and devious pledges. Her concept of morality and principles are twisted into a depravity and despite this flippant attitude, she is rather scrupulous to details and people in her periphery. She mistrusts anyone she encounters and rarely voices the truth other than biting words that are meant to sting and slice. The powers inherited by her Mother and Father are limited by both blood lines, though she holds many strengths over the weaknesses most of the Fey are inclined to possess. She despises any relatives in connection with her parental figures, including the one sister that was birthed after her although the two siblings barely appear in front of another.
