The 'Great old ones' are destructive entities that manifest in numerous forms. They have also been called "Wayfarers", the '12', 'Things that should not be,' and 'Elder Gods.' Whether these titles are literal or conceal some dark truth, none can ascertain. They dwell somewhere in the Pleiades stellar region, and when summoned bring devastation. Fhalma is the daughter of two Great old ones; the slain Leech of Aeons and Eater of Dreams. Before the great battle for the Milky Way Fhalma was hidden within a small moon that once orbited Pluto. It is described as a "black, aeon-dead orb in far space" Its actual location is a mystery. Some scholars place it in the Solar System, just beyond Pluto; others say it is the fourth of the five planets which orbit a dim, dark star.

Reon has a violent disposition and is easily irritated, having no tolerance for anything complicated or repetitive. She doesn't care about her own appearance in the slightest, and has little regard for anything other than family, or those who serve her. Often apathetic and bitter, she is prone to scoffing at anyone or anything which distracts from her main objective. However, Reon also has great confidence, greed, and relentless cravings. The moment she obtains what she desires however, she loses interest.
