Most people just call her Koto, but she also gets called “announcer”, “announcer-lady”, “foxy-girl”, “hostess with the mostest”, etc. Jin calls her “foxy”, “Kotoko”, and “harpy”.

Koto generally dresses both for style and comfort. She is very particular about being able to move freely in her clothing, but does like to keep in-style so that she can maintain her celebrity persona. The same can be said for her sleep wear, although she stresses comfort even more in bed. Unless, of course, she is trying to impress someone. But even then, her ‘sexy’ bedroom attire is very casual. On fancy occasions she will don a few accessories (such as a modest necklace or bracelet), but nothing super extravagant.

Koto is fairly confident and proud of her physical appearance. However, if she were to change one aspect of herself, it would be her face. Her features and face shape are broad and childish looking. She feels that this makes her look more adorable than sexy. This is one of the reasons why she envies Juri, who has slender, sophisticated features.

Koto wears light perfume. She prefers refreshing, natural smells such as pine, cedar, ocean breeze, etc. But from time to time she will also wear a more citrusy scent to spice things up.

She loves fish and other meats. Koto will always choose savory over sweet things, although she does like the occasional sweet treat. As for drinks, she always enjoys tea, water, and lightly flavored sodas/juices. Hot or cold drinks depend on the weather. She will drink soft drinks on occasion, but they aren’t her favorite. She will drink alcohol that she likes, but she’s not a lush, so generally whatever she drinks is light to medium proof.

Basics:

This one’s a little odd for me, considering that Koto has been alive during several ‘human’ time periods already. To be honest, I feel as though her personality has always been vivacious and ambitious, which is one of the reasons why she did not reveal herself in the human world until recently. (Forward women not being readily accepted by the human populace up until until the 1970s-1980s.)

However, speaking in terms of demonic time periods, I would say that Koto is lucky to have been born in the middle of the reign of the Three Kings period, because it was a relatively peaceful time in the pits of Demon World. This allowed her to pursue a more grandiose occupation such as commentating and to survive without needing to be the most ruthless fighter.

Koto’s ideas of ‘good’ and ‘evil’ are different in comparison to humans. To her ‘evil’ is someone who is pathetically cruel. Because she comes from the demon world the ideas of ‘mass murder’ and ‘mayhem’ are so common, she doesn’t think of them as vile acts.

Koto is pretty eccentric. While she's accustomed to watching people rip each other limb from limb as stated, she does have a sense of morality here and there. If someone were willing to kill another person she'd rather not watch them make the opposing party fruitlessly suffer. It's not only tasteless, but boring. She has a soft spot for mean with musculature and boys with feminine charm and pretty faces.

If anything, you could just call her a male connoisseur.
