Name: R'amey Holl

Sexual orientation: Bisexual

Skin: Orange

Height: 6'1

Weight: 100 pounds - her bones are hollow for flight

"I faith-belief in protection-safety for all. Follow my path-trail. Watch me tango."

Before being inducted into the Green Lantern Corps, R'amey was a police officer on her homeworld, Papilliox. Due to the shortage of veteran Lanterns, she was sent out on an important mission just one week after her graduation.

It seemed like a routine assignment with Guy Gardner - one that R'amey was incredibly excited to take. Senior Corpsman Gardner was like an idol to her and most of the other new recruits. They were to find Von Daggle and deliver a message from the Guardians. After a 'trial-test' from Daggle, R'amey and Guy were inducted into The Corpse - a portion of the Corps so secret that no one even knew it existed except the Guardians.

It was no easy fight what the Guardians sent them to do though. Guy and R'amey very nearly died. But contact with a meteor caused R'amey to metamorphosis into a new state of life. With her newfound power she was able to save Guy's life and the two assisted Daggle in completing the task the Guardians issued them.

Except Guy couldn't be brought to take a life. Von Daggle said humans never made the cut. R'amey, however, had no qualms about killing someone who would have killed herself, Senior Corpsman Gardner and then tried to destroy all of Earth. Daggle accepted her as a permanent member of The Corpse.

It was with a heavy heart that R'amey had to wipe Guy's mind of everything that had transpired. She left him with images of her own death on Corona Seven - frozen in the snow - and feelings of guilt over the part he had played in her 'death'. She may be okay with killing, but manipulating a mind like that... it hurt R'amey, left her a bit cold.

All the better to carry out her new missions.

Room canon: R'amey was recalled from The Corpse temporarily to help train new recruits. She was issued a temporary Green Lantern ring with the false name Ar'ay attached to its signature.

Powers beyond her Corpse disc: Flight with natural wings, enhanced senses due to her antennae, telepathic antennae, accelerated healing, accelerated physical and mental healing of others - she can completely restore a mind destroyed by telepathy, creation and teleportation through energy portals

Weakness: Vulnerability to cold weather; it won't kill her faster than a human in similar clothing, but it will make it difficult for her to escape the cold, making her much more likely to die from it.

Issued only one Corpse disc at a time, R'amey is limited to its 5 days worth of charge before she must be issued another or simply complete a mission without its assistance.

Personality: R'amey sees the beauty in everything. Even something as mundane for a Green Lantern as hyper travel steals her mind away as she listens to the soft hums and thrums of space. The flip side of this love of beauty is much darker though; R'amey has seen the absolute worst things that sentients can bring upon themselves and others and she doesn't like it. And she will do whatever it takes - whatever it takes - to put a stop to it.

OOC: While I adore R'amey's verbal tic, I may sometimes forget to type it. Sorry. It happens.

I am using what R'amey originally looked like; I'm just going to assume the white, glowing body was a fresh metamorphosis body and she eventually faded back to normal. And put on clothes.

A Corpse disc is said to be more powerful than a 'clunky Lantern ring'. However, due to the secret nature of The Corpse, it's unlikely R'amey would actually wish to sling with anyone and give herself away.

Story ideas:

Due to joining The Corpse, R'amey's life was basically frozen in time. The last 'love' she ever had - and it really amounted to nothing more than hero-worship and a couple kisses - was Guy Gardner and she had to wipe his memory of everything about her. As such, I'd like to see R'amey sort of brought back to life, so to speak.

I prefer RP with other Green Lanterns.
