The transformation causes severe modifications in physical appearance. The trademark characteristic of the form is the hair: the unbending tresses of the Super Saiyan Two state become sleek and creaseless again, and broadens to waist length. The eyebrows disappear altogether, making the forehead and eye ridges appear larger. A diminutive addition in musculature mass is unmistakable, and muscle tone is acutely defined. Energy radiation is so extraordinary that the aura pulsates at an exceedingly advanced frequency, almost to the point where it seems static; the sound of the aura is also pitched even higher than that of Super Saiyan Two. Bio-Electricity, like in the Super Saiyan Two form, is again continual, and may reach further outward from the body than before. Finally, the Saiyan's voice may become somewhat profound. There is no personality alteration, as no emotion is required to initiate the shift.
Golden Great Ape(Non-Canon)/(Ôgon Ôzaru/Great Golden Great Ape, King Golden Great Ape)
The ability of the Golden Great Ape multiplies manifold, which far surpasses that of a Great Ape in all fields. While in this state, the power and capabilities of a Saiyan increases drastically. They have the same qualities as the Great Ape, only even more almighty and devastating, and their rage's peak goes so high that they can cause terrible, major destruction. Their berserk condition also heightens to the point of becoming uncontrollable.
Super Saiyan 4(Non-Canon)/(Sûpâ Saiya-Jin Fô)
In this form, the Saiyan's hair returns to it's primary pigmentation, the tail regrows and the body is blanketed in a shade of reddish fur. A Saiyan in this state also possesses a shadow trim around the oculars and over the eyelids that varies in coloring. The fuzz is lengthened, but not nearly as extended as Super Saiyan Three. The aura in this phase loses the sparks of bio-electricity, alternatively becoming unclouded fire with glimmering sparkles. The outstanding power and movement enhancements brought on by this ascension predominately brand it the most omnipotent Super Saiyan stage. The individuals of this Super Saiyan transformation have signature techniques that are only functional in this state. Unlike the Super Saiyan Three's difficulty due to the one-hundred percent utilization in ki, this form does not drain as much ki as Super Saiyan Three, permitting the user to stay in the state at a longer duration.
Super Saiyan God(Canon)/(Sūpā Saiya-Jin Goddo)
When in this form, the Saiyan's rudimentary overall appearance remains unbothered with the omission of some unsubstantiated differences. The skin tone becomes more bronzed. The hair elevates and obtains a reddish-purple coloring. The Saiyan's eyes change, turning sharper and the irises become red. The general body composition appears to have become turpentine and somewhat taller. The aura becomes more explosive and flame-like in appearance. The power of this form is extraordinary, enough to allow Goku to fight almost on par with the God of Destruction Beerus; who had effortlessly subjugated Super Saiyan Three Goku, Ultimate Gohan, Super Saiyan Gotenks, and a fully-powered Super Saiyan Two Vegeta. As such, it is presently the most powerful Super Saiyan transformation in all of Dragon Ball Z, the title previously being held by the Super Saiyan Three form. This form also allows the individual to sense Godly Ki, and they can assimilate attacks by consuming ki.
Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan(Canon)/(Sūpā Saiya-Jin Goddo Sūpā Saiya-Jin)
This form is physically indistinguishable to the first form of Super Saiyan. The aura itself is what fluctuates; as opposed to the reddish-orange aura the former God form had, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan boasts a reverberant flame-like turquoise-colored aura to match the renewed color of the hair. Additionally, bio-electricity discharges around the user, signifying the power intensification. Finally, the muscle mass is acutely characterized to contest the general alteration and irises become turquoise instead of red. When Goku is in the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan form, he is implied to be at least stronger than Beerus. The transformation into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan is referred to as A True Awakening. Unlike its predecessor, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan is a permanent transformation as seen by Goku transforming into this form during his battle with Frieza.
Kaio-Ken(Canon)/(Kaio-Ken)
Because of the Kaio-Ken, the user's base ki level doubles for an instant. However, Goku later learns to increase the effect of the Kaio-Ken to higher multiplications. The topmost multiplication for the Kaio-Ken ever seen was the Kaio-Ken x20, which Goku used against the (At The Time) nearly omnipotent Frieza. The technique also has its substantial flaws, such as if the user multiplies their base ki too much, or if their bodies are too severely damaged, the uprise of ki could easily obliterate them.
Super Kaio-Ken(Non-Canon)/(Sûpâ Kaio-Ken)
Super Saiyan frequently surpasses Kaio-Ken. However, Goku uses the Kaio-Ken and Full-Power Super Saiyan in combination (Something He Calls A Super Kaio-Ken), which gave him an incredible power increase and demonstrated the Kaio-Ken's usability in transformed states, hypothetically meaning he can make his transformed forms (Including Super Saiyan Four) many times stronger.
