(Since being genderless isn't enough of a deterant; I do not cyber. Don't even ask)

Synyrus is a demonic equine called a Mychal. It's about three hands bigger than the largest clydsedale which puts it at 21 hands (7 feet/2.13 meters at the withers) and weighs 2,000 some odd lbs. It has pitch black scales similar in size and texture to a lizard's, a long reptilian tail, talons instead of hooves with redish gold claws, three rows of redish gold three inch long spikes that start at the forehead and run down the spine to the tip of the tail, two sets of four inch and three inch double fangs that hang from the upper jaw, and a red and gold fiery mane. The fangs exude a poison so strong that it acts like acid. The eyes are red on the inside fading to gold on the outside.
Mychal are not willing steeds for anything, not even the lord of hell himself. They take great pleasure in eating anyone that tries to ride them. It is possible to befriend one and eventually gain a ride that way but one would need a specialized saddle to avoid being impaled by the spikes on the back. They are capable of shrinking to a more normal horse size if they choose which isn't often as they generally take great pleasure in scaring people with their appearance. All Mychal have the ability to breathe demonic fire through their mouth and/or nose. They are immune to nearly any form of fire with the exception of holy fire. Normal water can not put out the mane of a Mychal though enough of it can put out a fire caused by one of the demons. They can use fire to travel short distances much in the same manner as blink dogs or they can use it to go straight home. The mane's size can be controlled fairly well.
Mychal can and will feed off of the negative emotions of others as readily as they will meat. On occasion the method of feeding can enhance the subjects darker emotions which simply gives the demon more to feed off of. Unfortunatly, for the mychal at any rate, this side effect is not something they can control. It either happens or it doesn't.
Synyrus keeps a very plain golden bridle on the spikes at the base of its neck. It now wears a bridle similar to an essen dressage bridal. The main part of it looks to be made of actual water, the blues and greens shift about like the rippling of a pond. Overlaid is gold stylized celtic waves with Manannan Mac Lyr's symbol on the cross pieces.
