Natsumi is a survivor and doesn't talk about his past, he doesn't like to speak of himself very much at all. Some equate this to shame, others to shyness, the truth is a secret... but someone would learn it, eventually. Life was a rocky start, if one counts the fact that he is the bastard son of a prominent Japanese business man and his prostitute mistress. Of course, this wasn't so bad, as he was given as an infant to his father's wife to raise. This was fine until he was two, his 'mother' showed up and started some trouble, and later, murdered the woman who he'd thought as his mother. This led to one serious betrayal by his father, who bailed her out of trouble with the law and then married her.
When Natsumi was twelve, his brother left him with his parents... in truth, he'd been kicked out, but this was a defining point for the younger boy. He was alone with the crazy woman who murdered his mother and the man that was stricter than ever, not that he had understood what caused all of it, he hadn't known a lot of things for a few more years. That's when he found out a lot of truths, but it would be at least two more years before he could act on his knowledge. This sudden freedom would come in the form of the deaths of his mother and his father.
Natsumi is a quiet, brooding man, intense and yet reserved all at the same time. The sort of temperamental personality that could explode in a mercurial manner and even violent passion. He enjoys swords, traditional clothing, but he detests most teas and sashimi, it isn't uncommon for him to avoid anywhere with fresh fish because of it. A hobby of his is racing, he enjoys to race motorcycles, the thrill of it seems to make him feel more alive. It would also appear that he is the leader of a little Yakuza gang from his high school, mostly just delinquents rather than genuine criminals. He's also the only heir to his father's empire and money, so he as a lot of wealth and no real rudder to sail by right now in his youth.
